Terms of Service

Kinetik by F³ Lab · kinetik.f3lab.tools · effective 7 July 2026

The service

Kinetik is a browser-based 2D mechanism simulator (kinematics and quasi-static force analysis) operated by F³ Lab (Modest Reszewicz), Poland. By using it you agree to these terms. The service is currently a beta and is provided free of charge; paid plans may be introduced later with advance notice.

Engineering disclaimer — please read

Kinetik uses an idealized model: rigid bars carrying axial forces only (no bending), zero inertia, quasi-static analysis, no-slip zero-backlash transmissions. Results are approximations intended for education, exploration and early-stage design. They are not a substitute for professional engineering analysis, verification or judgment, and must not be the sole basis for decisions affecting safety, health, property or compliance. You are responsible for independently verifying any result before relying on it.

Your content

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to breach security or access others' data, no excessive automated load, no unlawful content in project names or shared data.

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it; back up important work with Save to disk. To the extent permitted by law, F³ Lab's total liability arising from the use of this free beta is limited to the amount you paid for it (zero). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You can stop using Kinetik and delete your account and data at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes & law

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by Polish law; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Contact: m.reszewicz@gmail.com.
